Dan Raymond is a Managing Principal for Zuk Financial Group and leads the firms Group Benefits and Retirement Plan Markets division. The firm currently supports more than 600 retirement plans across multiple markets to include for profit, not for profit and governmental entities. Mr. Raymond consults regularly with clients, labor unions and plan sponsors on a variety of health and welfare, voluntary benefits and retirement plan related topics to help manage risks, improve design, reduce costs and increase participation.
With more than 20 years of professional and industry experience he has held critical roles with retirement plan industry leaders such as ING and MassMutual. Mr. Raymond has a special appreciation for the challenges facing plan sponsors having previously served MassMutual Benefits Management Inc as the ERISA Compliance Officer and later as its Chief Operating Officer and Plan Administrator for MassMutual’s Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified and Health and Welfare plans covering over 12,000 participants and more than $2 Billion in assets.
Mr. Raymond earned his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University, his Masters from Central Michigan University and his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law. He has maintained his membership in both the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar. Mr. Raymond is a CFP® professional and he has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from Fiduciary360. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 24 and 53 as well as Life, Health and Variable licenses in multiple states.
